Every item that leaves our warehouse is carefully and reliably packed to ensure customers receive the product in the condition it left our facility. Shipping and Return Policies

All orders ship the next business day, with some shipping same day if placed early enough. Shipping services used most often include FedEx and USPS, but we may also use other services (such as UPS or DHL) if requested. This is for both domestic and international orders. If you are interested in a shipping quote for an order or need to upgrade for expedited delivery, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to get those for you.

If you happen to receive a defective item, please reach out to us to correct the issue. We offer a 30-day working warranty on all products unless otherwise stated, and the cost of return shipping is free to our customers in these cases. We can offer refunds or replacements as requested. International orders are not eligible for returns due to the cost of shipping and customs.
